Elite_HBot Map Update

I've updated Elite_HBot with new maps for DotA 6.63 and DotA 6.62+OMG 1.04c.

!load dota => DotA 6.63
!load dota-obs => DotA 6.63 with refs
!load dota-omg => DotA 6.62 + OMG mode
!load dota-omg-obs => DotA 6.62 + OMG mode with refs

Since 6.63 has a lot of controversial balance changes and may be unpopular, you can still load the older maps:

!load dota-6.62b => DotA 6.62b
!load dota-6.62b-obs => DotA 6.62b with refs
!load dota-6.62 => DotA 6.62
!load dota-6.62-obs => DotA 6.62 with refs

Also, Elite_HBot has taken on the role of Nixon_Custom due to a limit on the number of bots I can have on BNet at once.
The EpicWar map downloader now installs maps on Elite_HBot.

The automatic install procedure for EpicWar maps is:
1. Find the EpicWar map number for your map.
2. Type ~install <map number>
3. Type !load <map number>
4. Start your game as usual using !pub
