Well always the people turn off the modem or router because says lost conect.

Yeah I got a proof, the message that came up "Lost Connection". Do u have a proof of him actualy switching his router off or whatever?

Do not, but your you have evidence also that did it if or not?
"Lost connection" message appears because off the router connection lost.

The bottom line is someone is innocent until proven guilty. In this case, he had no reason to pull the plug with a 16-3 score (best in the game), plus he disconnected while deep in enemy territory around bottom lane - not after a death or even at the fountain. Besides that, Andrey has been known around here for a long time and I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt (although its not even needed).

Also, Stockton, I removed your post because you flamed CR. You know as well as I do that's not allowed, especially in the reports section.
