The format will be as follows:

- Channel and In-Game Behavior

- Respectfulness towards Others

- Level of Activity

- - Hero Tactics

- - Skill Build

- - Item Build

- - Team Role

- - Teamplay

- -DotA Stats on Elite_HBot (or replay)

You will either be given a pass or fail in these categories
One fail above the ~~ is worth 2 points
One fail below the ~~ is worth 1 point

Get 3 points and you FAIL

The diabolical equation for re-application is as follows

Set x as points (Starting after 3 points, (eg. 4 points = 1))
Set y as number of days until you may post another application

Y = (3^x) + 1
