that doesn't make any sense. in a "free country" each individual has a right to decide who plays in their game. A dictatorship means we can't tell others what to do, only ourselves.

By this logic,
I should be allowed to determine who plays in MY games, not anyone else.

People who are not quiting games don't have a "right" to play. People who host games can personally decide whether each person should be allowed in the game.
Spammer? Game ruiner? Feeder?

These are all reasons why someone should NOT be allowed to play. Someone who is noob, and/or who annoys the owner of the game does NOT have a right/

Furthermore, by your logic, privs would not be possible because any pub who joins has a "right" to play. No more saving slots for pubs either.

As odd as this sounds I dont know who you are.... Im a little curious as to how you acquired this position but i wont argue.... and i'm not asking for anyone to be banned.... I just want this feud to be over.... So if Painful can accept my apology for the past mess up by me i'm hoping we can get by this....

How do you know that I'm not Judge Dredd? In fact, how do you know that Judge Dredd isn't more than one person? How do you know that Judge Dredd isn't intentionally feeding his words back and forth through translators so they come out garbled, making it impossible to tell who wrote it based on the way they normally write? :)

Only I know who is masquerading as Judge Dredd in each case. The person (or persons) is chosen based on (1) the ability to be completely unbiased in their decision and (2) having good knowledge of the background and facts of the case. Think of it as a kind of anonymous jury duty. Keep in mind that I always have control of the process (and the final say on the judgment), but will almost always defer to the decision of Judge Dredd.

You are not hosting games.

But only using NIXON's/ELITE bot to host games FOR YOU. IF you believe you are allowed to let who you want to play based on you being host then perhaps you believe whatever else is subjective to you in point making all rules invalid that you see fit.

Do you go to friends homes they let you play their systems/ games/ etc. Then you decide that that no one else can play with you in that home because you don't want them to? Afterall the games/systems/etc does not berlong to you but berlongs to a master owner. They are merley letting you use it.

If you honestly beleive that whoever host has martial law on the matter of bans/kicks. It is surely mistaken. There is a set of rules that all parsons must follow.

IF YOU DONT LIKE SAID RULE. Then nothing stops you from hosting games the old fasion way, or perhaps start a new bot yourself. Then you can kick/ban/troll whoever you like.
