I come into channel and Antidel talking shit about me. That just blew my fuse. I can't be in a clan where people I like are leaving/getting reported. People who I find to be very good, are looked down upon (US players, albeit not all).

I don't need to be looked down on. "zark I think you're perfect for this job." "zark, I'm going to consider this, but you need to deal with x,y,z issues." "Sorry isn't good enough", etc.

I usually thought Shamans etc are the ones that lead teams in dota? So the WTS community just makes executive decisions...but grunts, peons make in-game abuse reports? I'm not trying to berate others, I respect ppl for that, but there are also OTHER great players in the clan who are not being recognized. Everyone is a peon, and nothing can be done to move the clan forward.

When I first thought of the idea that there needed to be a U.S. clan after fallout of several clans, and the jelling of ticos players, I wanted a leader many people can respect. That person was RichardNixon. I asked HIM to be chieftain, not anyone else.

Overall, I just feel an extreme amount of frustration with how this clan is going. How the attempts to "organize" and "re-build" the clan are really just adding layers and layers of limits and, if you will, bureaucracy. I don't feel anything is going to be accomplished with the current path this clan is heading. My views on how the game should be spammed, and the players that play it in important ways opposes those of myviet. For all these reasons, I decided to quit the clan.

I have no intention of being a part of the "pro dota spam" area of this clan. I've got a full-time job and I just don't have the time to spam as hard as you guys. As far as leading the clan goes, I HAVE stepped down. I will still be here make high-level administrative decisions and manage the bots, but other than that I don't have time.

However, for those people in the clan actually interested in pro spamming, I didn't want my busy life to get in the way of their ambitions. Antidel (beaner) said he had the time to lead that part of the clan, and I felt that he was up to the challenge and had a good approach to the problem, so I let him take over that leadership role.

Overall, its sad that throughout the lifetime of WTS I am the only person that has gained enough respect to take any leadership role within the clan. One person can't do it all, and very limited time reserved for clan issues has been consumed with the aforementioned tasks. If you really want to do the pro spam thing, you need to find a spam leader that you can respect, and that leader can not be me.

I'm sorry you feel that way Zark, but I'm not going to let this clan interfere with my real life goals and responsibilities. If you can not respect Antidel as leader, then I respect your decision to leave the clan and wish you well. But if you left the clan because you would prefer me to lead the spam over Antidel, then I would consider that extremely selfish.

Todo el mundo es un peón, y no se puede hacer nada para mover el clan adelante.

Cuando por primera vez pensé en la idea de que era necesario ser un clan de EE.UU. después de la lluvia de varios clanes, y los ticos gelificante de jugadores, que quería un líder muchas personas pueden respetar. Esa persona fue RichardNixon. Le pregunté a ser jefe, y no cualquier otra persona.

En general, me siento una enorme cantidad de frustración con la forma en que ocurre este clan. P.S. (I finally figured out why MMOItachi doesn't like Painful :P)

I am fine with going back to me being in absolute control and having the final say on who is in or out of the clan, but the clan will stay as a group of friends who are promoted based on Antidel's perception of them (basically, the way things were before this bean promotion business). If you would prefer we go back to that, let me know if there is enough support for it and maybe it will happen. I only hoped to allow those clan members who were interested to form a competitive spam team and be recognized for it. If that's not working or there isn't enough interest, we can always go back to the way things were.

I've asked, why cant kidax/coins join back into clan? If MAdden allows. Well hes not always on when others are. One "admin" isn't enough.
